About

An ecosystem that keeps growing.

Project IN works toward a new mental-health paradigm: empowerment, creativity, community, social art and culturally diverse, trauma-informed care, all in one movement.

Four INs.

Everything we do moves inward: toward presence, coherence and embodied freedom. And outward, into communities that need it most.

  • INtegration
  • INclusion
  • INtervention
  • INspiration
Project IN's ecosystem: ecology, community, activism, creativity and mental health

Founder

Salih Gulbay

Psychologist · Music therapist · DJ · Producer

In 2019 Salih started Hip Hop Project IN with homeless immigrant youth in Barcelona. Since then he has worked to make art and creativity accessible to people with few resources, and Project IN has grown into a platform for new projects, communities and tools.

During his master's in Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media he began building the technology side: interactive tools and gamified apps that turn psychology into something you can play, breathe and practise.

In 2026 he founded INRESET, a reset practice for founders, leaders and companies, where those tools are now live. He also produces electronic music as Transant, Svartkam and KARINCA.

With special thanks to

Project IN grew with the help of researchers, artists and organisations. Thank you.
